Ordering & Payment

  • How do I place an order?

    Add products to your cart by setting your desired quantity and clicking on the 'Add To Cart' button.
    Once you have finalised the items on your cart, you can proceed to the checkout process.
    Input your contact details, shipping address, shipping method, and payment method. Once done, click 'Place Order'.

  • What are your accepted payment methods?

    The following payment methods are available on our website:

    Credit Card/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
    PayPal
    iDEAL

    You can choose your preferred payment method on the payment section of the page. After the payment process is finished, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.

  • How can I track my order?

    You will receive an email with a tracking link upon placing your order.
    On the website, you can also check the delivery status on Account > My Orders.

  • How do I request an invoice?

    To download an invoice: go to Account > My Orders, select, then click on 'Download receipt'

  • Do you have a return policy? How can I return an item?

    RETURN POLICY
    Order not to your liking? Specs don't match your requirement?

    We offer the option to return products within 14 days. Within the return period, you can view your purchase at home just as you would in a store.

    In the event that you don't like the item because it has the wrong size or colour as per your requirement, you can return it and get your money back.

    RETURN CONDITIONS
    Before we process your return/refund, the following conditions should be met:

    1. The product/s is/are returned within the trial period of 14 days, which starts on the day after receipt of your order.
    2. The product/s is/are in original condition, original packaging, and undamaged. If these are not met, we determine the depreciation based on the current condition of your product.

    Important Notes:
    1.The costs for returning are shouldered by the customer.
    2. Returns should be shipped via registered and insured mail. Make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed. You bear the risk on returning the shipment in case it is lost or damaged during transport.
    3. Is your product damaged or incorrectly delivered? Please contact our customer service so that we can assist you further.


    As soon as the returned product is with us, we will refund the purchase amount including the initial shipping costs as soon as possible (no later than 14 days). We will refund via the same payment method that you used to place the order.


    Here are a few tips to make the approval period run as smoothly as possible:
    Read the product details carefully before placing an order.
    We understand your enthusiasm to unpack, but always unpack your purchase carefully so that the packaging or the product itself is not damaged.
    When you start using the item, it quickly depreciates in value because traces of use remain behind. Feel free to unpack it neatly and look at it from all sides, but do not confirm or unroll it completely.
    You do not immediately need some supplied accessories to determine whether your purchase meets your expectations. Leave them in the packaging so you can't lose them.

    Exceptions
    Not all products and orders can be returned. The following products and orders are not covered by the trial period of 14 days.

    1. Individual items that are delivered as a composite product. We only accept the fully purchased assembled product
    2. Personalized products. These are products that are not sold as standard, but are composed at your request and or ordered from one of our suppliers
    3. Products that, through no fault of ours, are damaged or incomplete
    4. Products of which the original factory packaging is not present or (seriously) damaged
    5. Products that have not been installed according to assembly instructions

    Depreciation
    If the product is not returned in its original condition, we will determine the depreciation based on the condition. This can vary from 0 to 100% of the purchase amount and is based on three factors:

    1. Damage to the product
    2. Damage or missing packaging
    3. Completeness of the product

  • Can I get a refund for my order?

    If you cancel an order and opt for a refund, we'll return all payments you've made up to that point.

    Delivery costs will not be refunded if you only return part of your order.

    The refund is via the same payment method as the payment option with which you paid for the order (if applicable). You will receive a credit note by e-mail.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order at any time by contacting our customer service department.

    Please include the order number, your phone number, and the reason for the cancellation of the order.

  • I received a defective/damaged item. How can I get it replaced?

    You can return a defective/damaged item to us by contacting our customer service department who will guide you on the step-by-step process on acquiring the replacement item.

  • Is express delivery available?

    Delivery options for all products will be shown on the 'Shipping Methods' portion of the checkout page.

  • What are the delivery and shipping costs?

    Delivery options and costs will be displayed on the 'Shipping Methods' portion of the checkout page for your reference before placing your order.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Standard delivery usually take 3-7 business days. For Netherlands and Belgium, the items which are ordered before 10PM, we can deliver the very next day.
    But shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    Your order will be shipped by the logistics company that we directly cooperate with which are PostNL and DPD.

  • What are the benefits of shifting to LED lighting?

    1. Introduction

    This is the privacy statement of LEDXpress. LEDXpress is a company that focuses on the purchase and sale of commercial products to consumers (B2C) through direct online sales, as well as to companies (B2B). There are situations in which data is collected by LEDXpress. It is therefore good to know what is done with it and how wishes around customer-specific data can be indicated.     3. Purpose data

    Personal data is collected by LEDXpress for a number of purposes. These are explained below.
    a) Sending newsletters LEDXpress sends newsletters by e-mail. These newsletters are commercial on the one hand and aimed at knowledge sharing on the other. Names and e-mail addresses are collected via the form intended for this purpose on the LEDXpress website. In addition, we may verbally or textually ask people to sign up.
    b) Contacting. Data will be collected if LEDXpress is contacted via the website. However, this form only requests the necessary data in order to be able to offer a proposal or a service, such as name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and article and/or project description.
    c) The LEDXpress website collects data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and is therefore not linked to personal data. Think of information such as the duration of our website visit or the pages which are frequently visited. All data are only processed with explicit permission, or in execution of the agreements entered into, or because processing is necessary to bring the client into contact with potential relations and/or contractors.

    4. Recipients

    The data which LEDXpress receives and processes are managed by means of:
    a) The newsletters are sent with Mailchimp. When registering for our newsletter, the e-mail address and first name are automatically stored in the appropriate list within Mailchimp.
    b) LEDXpress' e-mail is hosted at Questo. If contact is made via the forms or via email, those emails in question are stored on Questo's servers.

    5. Storage period

    Data is stored by LEDXpress for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary for the execution of activities, unless we have to keep the data for longer on the basis of a legal regulation.
    a) Sending newsletters. The e-mail address and first name are stored in Mailchimp. The storage of data is indefinite. Unsubscribing to the newsletter is always possible via the link at the bottom of the newsletters or by sending an email to contact@ledxpress.com
    b) Contacting. At the moment of contacting LEDXpress by mail, those data which are sent along, such as for example a name, company name, and e-mail address, are stored on the mail server. Those mails are stored up to a maximum of two years back.
    c) Google Analytics. The data collected by Analytics on the website are anonymous, i.e. not linked to a name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.

    6. Security

    No physical copies are made of personal data. These data are only managed in the aforementioned systems and software. The personal data that are managed by LEDXpress or by the aforementioned third parties are only accessible via the aforementioned software and are secured with a password and, where possible, with two-step verification. With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent LEDXpress. This code should be used during the login process. The devices that access data are each themselves also locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that can access customer data is limited to only those required. In addition, a visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that a connection to the LEDXpress website is private. This security can be recognised by the green lock in front of the url.

    7. Rights

    a) Right of inspection. There is the right to request access to the data recorded and stored by LEDXpress at all times. This can be done by sending an e-mail or contacting LEDXpress by telephone to obtain an overview of the data.
    b) Right to rectification. Is the data not correct? Or has the data been changed? There is the right to have this rectified by LEDXpress. The data concerning the newsletter can be modified via the appropriate url at the bottom of each e-mail.
    c) Right to transfer. Should the data stored by LEDXpress be needed in case of a change to another party or service, there is the right to transfer. In this case, LEDXpress must transfer all data to the other party.
    d) Right to erasure of data. May we no longer record this data at LEDXpress? Then there is the right to have this data erased.
    e) Right to file a complaint. There is the right to submit a complaint to the Personal Data Authority if there is any question that LEDXpress is not handling this data in the correct way. This can be done via this link.
    f) Right to stop data use (objection). Do you not want LEDXpress to use your data? Then there is the right to stop the use of these personal data by us. You can exercise these rights via contact@ledxpress.com by sending a copy of your ID card in which the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID card number and BSN have been made illegible. We aim to respond within one week.

    8. Obligations

    LEDXpress processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. This includes, for example, offering services or products of LEDXpress via e-mail. This data will never be sold to third parties. The data that are required to be supplied are the minimum data needed to offer the services or products. For example, the e-mail address is required to send the newsletter. If these mandatory data are not supplied, LEDXpress cannot offer the service in question.
    Should it be necessary to share data shared with LEDXpress with parties other than those mentioned above (for offering a service, for example), permission will first be requested from the client. LEDXpress reserves the right to disclose the data when required to do so by law or when LEDXpress considers it justified to comply with a legal request/process or to protect the rights, property or safety of LEDXpress. In doing so, we always try to respect the right to privacy as much as possible.
